CNC ROUTER GENERAL FEATURES

- STRONG BODY STRUCTURE

All are constructed to minimize steel construction and torsion resistance.
Before the carriage assembly, precise positioning with a single reference point is carried out in parallel.

- LINEAR SYSTEM

Full-ball square guideway linear rails provide long-term maintenance-free operation with high rigidity, low friction and ease of movement with ball cage linear carriages that eliminate friction between balls.

- AXIS DRIVER SYSTEM

Using high precision helical gear rack and pinion, it provides fast and silent operation without gap.
In addition, acceleration and speed are kept at optimum level with the reducers used in axes.
Positioning motors can be selected as step and servo.

- SPINDLE

Optional options such as 0.75 KW to 12 KW and 18,000 to 60,000 rpm and automatic tool change are available.

- WORKING AREA (TABLE)
